How it works
Set the gift limit and gift day. Pick the day of the party or the team call.
Post the link in Slack, Teams, or email. Or paste a list of work emails.
Everyone pulls a name between meetings. The host sees how many have pulled, never who got who.
One gift limit, for everyone
A gift limit keeps it fair when people spend in different ways. Set it once, in your currency. Everyone sees it on their page, and gift ideas stay within it.
Remote and hybrid teams
Not everyone is in the office. Anyone can add a shipping address, and only the person who gets them sees it. Not the host, and not the rest of the team. Shuffleroo deletes addresses 30 days after gift day.
Set gift day to the day of the video call, and everyone opens their gifts together.
People who join late
Someone starts in December. Someone finds the link a week late. If people are still pulling, the newcomer slots in, and nobody pulls again.
If everyone already pulled, the newcomer becomes a plus-one. They pull a name, and that person gets a bonus gift. The host gets the newcomer as a second person to shop for.
To keep the link inside the team, turn on “Approve new people”. Or turn off joining by link and add people by email.
Nudges without naming names
The host sees a count, like “7 of 12 have pulled”. One tap emails everyone who hasn’t pulled. Or copy a short nudge for the team chat.
Givers tap “I’ve got my gift” once it is bought. The host sees only a count, like “14 of 20 have their gift”. Givers who are ready skip the gift-day reminders.
Need a size or a hint? Ask your person a short question without saying who you are. Only you see the answer.
